When you in list the services of 3-C Realty for the purchase of your home we will walk you through a step by step process until the property has funded.  There are several steps to our process and they are listed below:

1. Initial Meeting:  When using 3-C Realty to buy a home you will receive a face-to-face, one on one meeting.  We will discuss your desires of a home, where you want to live, what price range, how many square feet, and what amenities are most important to you.
2. Research: Once we have completed our initial meeting you will receive a detailed listing of homes / properties that 3-C Realty feels will best fit your needs.  Once our client’s have this list it will provide them the opportunity to perform their own research without feeling pressure or being up sold.
3. Showings:  After you have pared down your choices to a couple and are ready to move forward, 3-C Realty will schedule showings on your behalf.  We will drive you to these showings, provide you with any additional information if available, and answer any questions you may have at the time of the showing to make your decision an easier one. 
4. Offers & Financing:  When you have reach your decision to move forward and make an offer on your dream home, 3-C Realty will submit the offer and negotiate on your behalf to come obtain the best deal possible for our client.
5. Financing & Other Services:  Should our client’s need pre-approval, financing, insurance or inspections,  3-C Realty will direct you in the right direction and provide you some names and numbers if needed.
