Once you have reached that time in your life when you have decided to sell your home let 3-C Realty help you through the process. There are several steps to this process and once again we will walk you through the entire process until you have closed on your house. Selling your home or property while meeting your satisfaction is the most important thing to us and it will be treated as a business decision with a personal touch. Our goal is to sell your home at max price while keeping your cost minimal. Listing Price – Once you have decided to sell your home we will have an over the phone conversation to determine what your expectations are for the sell, we will obtain basic information about the home. We will take the provided information and perform a Customer Market Analysis at no additional cost. Once the analysis is complete we will schedule a meeting with you and talk you through the process and let you know how we came up with our suggested list price. Services – When you list with 3-C Realty you will automatically receive the following services which are included in the fee agreement. We will help you determine the list price, take photos of your home, upload the photos on MLS & HAR, and we contract with a listing service that will notify you of all scheduled showings.
